Celle dei Puccini
In this family house, Puccini spent the summers of his childhood with his family. In 1970, the house of Puccini in Celle was bought by Associazione Lucchesi nel Mondo, an international association of emigrants from Lucca. Since 1976, it has become a museum:

rooms are beautifully maintained with family furniture, portraits, letters, the piano on which Puccini composed part of Madama Butterfly , some musical exercise notebooks from his youth and the phonograph that Edison gave to Puccini.
